Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging. Items returned due to damage or faults are eligible.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Non-Refundable Booking Fees for Services
Please note that all booking fees for boats, excursions, quad rentals, or any other service facilitated by Ibiza Report are strictly non-refundable.
This fee is used to reserve your space, secure availability with third-party providers, and cover administrative costs associated with coordination and support. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that the booking fee is final and non-recoverable under any circumstance, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind.
These terms comply with EU consumer protection regulations under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, which allows for exemptions on services involving scheduled leisure activities.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll contact you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@ibizareport.com.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
